of the Governor on the 3rd September 2011 and is hereby published for
general information:-
ACT No.14 OF 2011
An Act to repeal the Tamil Nadu Tamil New Year (Declaration) Act, 2008.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu
In the Sixty-second Year of the Rupublic of India as follows:-
- (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Tamil New Year
(Declaration) Repeal Act 2011.
(2) It shall come into force at once. - The Tamil Nadu Tamil New Year (Declaration) Act 2008 is hereby
repealed.
